Who are we?

Merchant’s Feast is a family run, local business who aspire to deliver seasonal, fresh goods straight to your doorstep.

Delivery

What days do you operate?

The Merchant’s Feast operates from Wednesday to Saturday. If you wish to request a delivery outside of our operating days you may do so by contacting us directly via email and we will do our best to assist you.

What is your cutoff time for ordering?

We offer next day delivery on the majority of our items for orders placed before 1pm. However, our Biskota and Vegetarian boxes require 2 days notice.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all suburbs in Canberra and Queanbeyan. We do not deliver to the following areas: Royalla, Murrumbateman, Yass, Bungendore, Burra, Tharwa, Carwoola, Gundaroo.

What is your delivery fee?

Our delivery fee is $8

What times do you deliver?

We deliver between the hours of 9am to 5pm. Due to high volume of orders across multiple locations, external controls such as road delays may interfere with an exact delivery time. Your times are noted but not guaranteed.

What happens when I am expecting a delivery to my house?

Our delivery driver will notify you 1 hour prior to delivery via a text message. If you are not home to receive your delivery, it will be left in a safe place. However, due to the perishable nature of items being delivered we recommend you are home to receive your delivery. If you know that you are not going to be home on the day of delivery, we recommend that you request delivery to a location where someone is able to collect and refrigerate the items.

What happens when I am expecting a delivery to my workplace?

If you are receiving an order at your workplace please include the following details: - Name of Business - Unit/Level number (if any) - Whether the items need to be delivered to reception, loading dock or concierge - Any other important building access information

What happens when delivering to a secure unit and residential complexes?

If your order is going to a secure complex please make sure the receiver is home. The delivery driver will ring the receiver through their telecom upon arrival. If the sender has provided the contact information for the person receiving the goods, our driver will also attempt to contact them upon arrival. Please note if there is no answer after several attempts the delivery driver must continue with their journey to avoid major disruption to their delivery schedule. If this results in a failed delivery you will receive an email or text notification. The Merchant's Feast will contact sender to re-delivery at the next available time. This will incur an addition re-delivery fee of $5.
